NPL Cricket: Four Teams to Take the Field

Kathmandu – Two matches of the ongoing second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) are scheduled for today in the capital.

 

At the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, the first match at 11:45 AM will feature Chitwan Rhinos vs Kathmandu Gorkhas, and the second match at 4:00 PM will be between Karnali Yaks vs Biratnagar Kings.

 

Chitwan, with four points, is in third place on the points table, while Kathmandu has managed to secure only two points. Karnali, also with two points from three matches, is under pressure to win in order to keep their playoff hopes alive.

 

Biratnagar, in second place on the points table, has collected six points from four matches. If they win today’s match, their path to the playoffs will become easier.
