Nepal to Play First Warm-up Match Against UAE Today

Kathmandu – The Nepali national cricket team is playing its first warm-up match today under the ICC T20 World Cup.

Nepal will face the UAE today at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, India. The match will begin at 5:15 PM.

After this, Nepal will play another warm-up match against Canada on February 5, also in Chennai. That match is scheduled to start at 3:15 PM.

Under the captaincy of Rohit Paudel, Nepal is participating in the World Cup for the third time with a 15-member squad.

The ICC T20 World Cup will be held from February 7 to March 8 in India and Sri Lanka. Nepal has been placed in a group with Scotland, England, Italy, and the West Indies.

Nepal will play its first match against England on February 8, followed by matches against Italy on February 12, West Indies on February 15, and Scotland on February 17. Nepal will play all of its matches at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
