Kathmandu – Nepal has faced defeat once again in the second practice T20 match against South Australia (SA). In the match held on Thursday, Nepal lost by just 3 runs.
Chasing a target of 161 runs set by South Australia, Nepal was bowled out for 157 runs in 20 overs.
Earlier, batting first, South Australia scored 160 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs, setting Nepal a target of 161.
For Nepal, Karan KC, Shahab Alam, and Rupesh Singh each took 2 wickets, while Kushal Bhurtel and Karan KC claimed one wicket apiece.
Earlier in the day, Nepal had lost the first practice match by 3 wickets.
Prior to these games, following the conclusion of the Top End T20 series, Nepal had defeated the Australian Capital Territory in both practice matches held on Tuesday.
