Nepal set to begin triangular T20 series in Scotland

Kathmandu – The triangular T20 series featuring Nepal, Scotland, and the Netherlands begins today. The first match of the series, to be held in Scotland, will be between Scotland and the Netherlands. The match is scheduled to start at around 7:30 PM Nepali time.

cotland and the Netherlands have faced each other 15 times in T20 matches so far. Scotland has won 8 matches, while the Netherlands has emerged victorious in 7. In the ICC T20 rankings, Scotland is ranked 13th, while the Netherlands is ranked 14th.

This triangular series will run until June 20th. The match schedule for the series includes: Scotland vs Netherlands on Saturday, Nepal vs Netherlands on Monday, Nepal vs Scotland on Tuesday, Scotland vs Netherlands on Wednesday, Nepal vs Netherlands on Thursday, and Nepal vs Scotland on Friday.

The Nepali team for this series includes Rohit Paudel (Captain), Dipendra Singh Airee (Vice-Captain), Kushal Bhurtel, Asif Sheikh (Wicketkeeper), Anil Shah, Bimal Gharti Magar, Aarif Sheikh, Basit Ahmed, Nandan Yadav, Rijan Dhakal, Lalit Rajbhandari, Sandeep Lamichhane, Karan KC, Kiran Kumar Sigdel, Rupesh Singh, and Lokesh Bista. Nepali players Somnath Kami and Gulsan Jha are out of the squad due to injuries. Both were injured during practice for a previous league match.
