Biratnagar Opts to Bowl First After Winning the Toss

Kathmandu – Biratnagar Kings have won the toss and elected to field first against Chitwan Rhinos.

 

In the Nepal Premier League (NPL), Biratnagar—led by captain Sandeep Lamichhane—is in second place on the points table with three consecutive wins.

 

Chitwan, with two points from two matches, is placed fourth. Biratnagar had earlier defeated Pokhara Avengers by 53 runs in the first match, Kathmandu Gorkhas by five wickets in the second, and defending champions Janakpur Bolts by 9 runs in the third.

 

Biratnagar will look to maintain the same winning momentum. On the other hand, although Chitwan defeated Karnali Yaks by four wickets in their first match, they faced a six-wicket defeat against Lumbini Lions in the second. Likewise, in Tuesday’s match, Kathmandu Gorkhas defeated Lumbini Lions by 22 runs.
