Nepal to play 6 ODs and 2 T20s in UK & Scotland

The Nepal national men’s cricket team is set to tour the United Kingdom (UK) this May. According to the schedule released by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the Rhinos will play a total of eight matches in the UK and Scotland from May 16 to May 31. The tour includes six One Day matches (ODs) and two T20 games.

The tour will kick off on May 16 (Friday) with a match against Cardiff University in Cardiff. Following that, Nepal will face the prestigious Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) on May 19 (Monday) in Herefordshire.

On May 22 (Thursday), Nepal will play two T20 matches against Gloucestershire. Then, on May 26 (Monday), the team will take on Glamorgan in a one-day fixture.

Additionally, Nepal will travel to Scotland, where they will play two OD matches against the Scotland ‘A’ team on May 29 (Thursday) and May 31 (Monday).

This UK tour is seen as a valuable opportunity for Nepal’s young and emerging players to gain international exposure and experience. CAN has stated that the final squad for the tour will be announced in the coming days.
