Oman Sets 306-Run Target for Nepal

Kathmandu – In the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 match, Oman has set a massive target of 306 runs for Nepal.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat first at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Oman scored 305 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.

Oman captain Jatinder Singh was the standout performer, scoring an impressive 130 runs. For Nepal, Sompal Kami took four wickets, while Sandeep Lamichhane and Dipendra Singh Airee picked up two wickets each.

This is the first meeting between Nepal and Oman in the ongoing League 2 series. Nepal had won their opening match of the series against the UAE, while Oman had lost their first game to the UAE.

In the League 2 standings, which features eight teams, Nepal is currently in seventh place, while Oman sits in third position.
