NPL: Kathmandu Gorkhas to Appoint Monty Desai as Head Coach

Kathmandu – Kathmandu Gorkhas, one of the franchises in the Nepal Premier League (NPL), is set to bring in a high-profile coach. Former head coach of the Nepal national cricket team, Monty Desai, will coach Kathmandu Gorkhas in the second edition of the NPL.

The franchise has planned to officially announce Monty’s appointment today at 6 PM. According to sources, the appointment process is nearly finalized. Hints about the announcement have also been shared on the official Facebook page of Kathmandu Gorkhas.

Kathmandu Gorkhas, with Karan KC as their marquee player, finished fifth in the first edition of the NPL.
