Nepal to Play Hong Kong Cricket Sixes Under Sharad’s Captaincy

Kathmandu – Senior player Sharad Vesawkar will captain the Nepali team in the upcoming Hong Kong Cricket Sixes tournament.

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced the 7-member squad on Sunday through a press release, naming Sharad as the captain.

CAN also stated that Sharad is set to retire from international cricket after this tournament.

Alongside Sharad, the squad includes Sundeep Jora, Mohammad Adil Alam, Lokesh Bam, Basir Ahmed, Rashid Khan, and Rupesh Kumar Singh.

The Hong Kong Cricket Sixes, organized by Cricket Hong Kong China, will take place from November 7 to 9 (Kartik 21 to 23) in Hong Kong.
