Biratnagar Sets a Target of 136 Runs for Janakpur

Kathmandu — Biratnagar Kings have set a target of 136 runs for Janakpur Bolts.

 

In today’s Nepal Premier League match, Biratnagar, who were invited to bat first after losing the toss, scored 135 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.

 

For Biratnagar, Shubham Ranjane top-scored with 37 runs, while Basir Ahmad contributed 36 runs.

Lokesh Bam added 28, George Munsey scored 10, and Martin Guptill made 13 runs. Narayan Joshi was out for 2, while Merchant de Lange was dismissed without scoring.

 

Pratish GC remained not out on 2, and captain Sandeep Lamichhane stayed unbeaten on 1 run.

 

For Janakpur, Sangeeth Kure and Rupesh Singh took two wickets each, while Aditya Mahato claimed one wicket, helping restrict Biratnagar to a modest total.
