Kathmandu – Oman Cricket has committed to clearing the outstanding payments of its players who participated in the 2024 T20 World Cup, assuring that the dues will be settled soon.
This comes after reports emerged that some Omani players had not received their payments following the tournament. In response, Oman Cricket issued a public statement confirming that all pending dues will be paid promptly.
The Oman Cricket Board cited certain technical issues as the reason behind the delay in payments, but stated that the matter is now being resolved. The board reiterated its commitment to honoring the players’ contributions and assured that all payments will be made as soon as possible.
Oman had competed in the 2024 T20 World Cup but was eliminated during the group stage.
