Kathmandu – Nepal national cricket team’s pace bowler Karan KC has completed 100 wickets in T20 Internationals.
He reached this milestone during the ongoing match against Scotland in the Tri-Nation T20I Series currently being held in Scotland.
Karan achieved the feat by taking the wicket of Scotland’s explosive opener George Munsey.
Until now, Sandeep Lamichhane was the only Nepali bowler with more than 100 T20I wickets — he currently has 111 wickets. With this achievement, Karan KC has now joined the 100-wicket club in T20Is.
Karan’s best bowling figures in T20I cricket are 5 for 21, which he recorded against Papua New Guinea (PNG) in Kirtipur in 2022.
Behind Karan, Sompal Kami has 75 wickets, and Avinash Bohora has 74 wickets in T20 Internationals.
