Nepal Premier League: Chitwan Give Pokhara a Modest Target

Kathmandu – Chitwan Rhinos have given Pokhara Avengers a modest target of 121 runs.

 

Winning the toss and choosing to bat first, Chitwan scored 120 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

 

For Chitwan, Dev Khanal top-scored with 35 runs. Captain Kushal Malla made 23, Saiz Jaiva 17, David Malan 5, and Arjun Saud and Ravi Bopara were dismissed for 1 run each. Alpesh Ramjani remained unbeaten on 33.

 

For Pokhara, Dhannanjaya Lakshan took three wickets, while Bipin Khatri, Rohit Chand, and Kiran Thagunna took one wicket each.

 

The match between Chitwan and Pokhara is only a battle for pride, as both teams are already out of the playoff race. Both teams have only four points from six matches.
