Kathmandu _ Karnali Yaks have been eliminated from the tournament after losing to Pokhara Avengers by 34 runs. Chasing the target of 202 runs set by Pokhara, Karnali were all out for 167 runs in 19 overs.
For Karnali, Mark Watt scored the highest with 59 runs. Najibullah Zardan made 26, Pawan Sarraf 19, Priyank Panchal 16, Sompal Kami 13, Dipendra Rawat 10, Gulshan Jha 9, Shivshankar Kanshwala 6, and Yunis Singh scored 1 run.
For Pokhara, Rishi Dhawan and Dhananjaya Lakshan took three wickets each. Kushal Bhurtel, Kiran Thagunna, and Sandeep Kshetri took one wicket each.
After losing the toss, Pokhara went in to bat first and scored 201 runs for the loss of two wickets. For Pokhara, Adam Rossington scored the highest with an unbeaten 108 runs, and Dhananjaya Lakshan remained not out on 23. Likewise, Jason Roy contributed 46, and Kushal Bhurtel added 18 runs.
For Karnali, Nandan Yadav and Mark Watt took one wicket each. Having lost five out of six matches, Karnali has been knocked out of the tournament.
