Two Matches in NPL Today: Janakpur and Pokhara Aiming for Their First Win

Kathmandu – Under the ongoing second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) in the capital, two matches will be played today — Lumbini Lions vs. Sudurpaschim Royals, and Janakpur Bolts vs. Pokhara Avengers.

At the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, the first match will begin at 11:45 AM and the second at 4 PM.

Under the captaincy of Rohit Kumar Paudel, Lumbini aims to defeat Sudurpaschim. Lumbini has won only one out of three matches so far and is in sixth position on the points table.

Led by Dipendra Singh Airee, Sudurpaschim sits at the top of the points table with three consecutive wins. The team has collected 6 points.

Former champions Janakpur, captained by Anil Shah, and Pokhara, led by Kushal Bhurtel, are both aiming for their first win. Both Janakpur and Pokhara have lost their previous matches.
