Kathmandu – In the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket, Biratnagar Kings and Chitwan Rhinos will compete on Wednesday.
The match will start at 4 PM at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. Biratnagar, led by captain Sandeep Lamichhane, is in second place on the table with three consecutive victories in their previous matches.
Chitwan, with two points from two matches, is placed fourth in the standings. Biratnagar had secured a 53-run win against Pokhara Avengers in their first match. In the second match, they defeated Kathmandu Gorkhas by five wickets, and in the third match, they beat the defending champions Janakpur Bolts by 9 runs.
Biratnagar will aim to continue the same winning momentum. On the other hand, although Chitwan defeated Karnali Yaks by four wickets in their first match, they suffered a six-wicket loss to Lumbini Lions in the second. Meanwhile, in Tuesday’s match, Kathmandu Gorkhas defeated Lumbini Lions by 22 runs.
