Nepal ‘A’ Sets 174-Run Target for Assam in Second T20 Match

Kathmandu – In the ongoing T20 series between Nepal ‘A’ and Assam being held in Guwahati, India, Nepal ‘A’ has set a target of 174 runs for Assam in the second match of the series.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Nepal ‘A’ scored 173 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

Sundeep Jora top-scored for Nepal ‘A’ with 35 runs, while Dev Khanal and Pawan Sarraf each contributed 31 runs. Basir Ahmad added 27 runs, and Vivek Yadav remained unbeaten on 26.

In the first match played on Thursday, Nepal ‘A’ had lost to Assam by 15 runs under the DLS method.

Nepal ‘A’ will play a total of five T20 matches against Assam. The remaining three matches will be day/night games played under floodlights at the ACA Stadium.
